Referral Fees apply only upon successful transaction closing, as outlined in the user’s selected plan regardless of time taken to close either 1 month or 2 years.

5. Fees and Payment

Pricing for all subscription and service plans is available on our official Plans Page.

• All monthly, quarterly, or annual payments are collected upfront.
• Fees are non-refundable except as specified under our Refund Policy.
• Add-ons such as Virtual Assistant hours, extra ZIP codes, or additional leads may incur extra costs as described in the plan details.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of service access.

6. Communication Consent

By using our Site or Services, you consent to receive communications from us through:

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the applicable service within the past 30 days.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or access to our platform if a user:

• Violates these Terms or the Referral Agreement
• Misuses lead data or engages in unethical conduct
• Fails to make payments as required upon the end of your subscription month.

Upon termination, any rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease.

11. Refund & Replacement Policy

We provide the following service protections:

• 15-Day Refund Guarantee (for eligible users)
• Lead Replacement Policy for invalid or unresponsive leads

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute or claim arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tarrant County, TX, pursuant to local arbitration rules.
Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Prime Agent Referrals.
