1. Purpose
This Lead Replacement Policy outlines the conditions under which a Realtor subscribed to a monthly plan may request a replacement for a lead provided by Prime Agent Referrals (“Company”).
Our goal is to maintain a fair and transparent process while ensuring quality assurance in all verified leads shared through our platform.
2. Eligibility for Lead Replacement
Only Realtors enrolled in an active Monthly Subscription Plan are eligible to request a lead replacement under the following terms:
- Replacement Limit:
- Each Realtor is eligible for lead replacement requests for the first two (2) leads only during their active monthly subscription period.
- Once two replacements have been issued, all subsequent leads will be considered final.
- Replacement Criteria:
A lead may qualify for replacement if it meets one or more of the following conditions:
- The contact number provided is invalid or disconnected.
- The lead confirms they are not interested in buying or selling real estate.
- The lead has no connection to the property or intent described.
- The lead information is a duplicate already assigned to the same Realtor.
- Verification Process:
- All lead replacement requests will be reviewed and verified by the Lead Verification Department (ISA Team).
- Realtors may be asked to provide call recordings, notes, or screenshots from their CRM to support the claim.
3. Request Submission
- Realtors can easily request a lead replacement through the “Request Replacement” button available on their Agent Dashboard.
- Once the request is submitted, it will be reviewed within 48–72 business hours by our verification team.
- If approved, a new verified lead will be assigned to the Realtor’s account automatically.
4. Exclusions
Lead replacements will not be granted for:
- Leads marked as “Not Responding” or “Call Later.”
- Leads who change their mind after initial qualification.
- Incorrect outreach, miscommunication, or missed follow-up from the Realtor’s end.
- Leads generated during trial periods or promotional offers (if any).
5. Misuse of Replacement Policy
Prime Agent Referrals reserves the right to suspend or revoke a Realtor’s access to lead replacement if there is evidence of:
- Repeated false claims,
- Abuse of the replacement request system, or
- Any attempt to exploit internal procedures.
6. Final Decision
All lead replacement decisions made by Prime Agent Referrals are final and binding. The Company holds full discretion to approve, reject, or limit requests in accordance with this policy.
7 . NOTE:
If no report is submitted within 3 days, the lead will be considered valid and legitimate.
