Refund Policy

Labex IT Solution LLC doing business as Prime Agent Referrals

Effective Date: October 30, 2025

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all refund requests made by Realtors or Broker Partners (“Subscribers”) who have enrolled in a Monthly Subscription Plan or entered into a Referral Agreement with Prime Agent Referrals (“Company”).

By subscribing to any monthly plan, the Realtor acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated below.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Prime Agent Referrals— including monthly subscription fees, setup fees, or onboarding payments — are considered final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated under Section 2 (Refund Eligibility) below.

This policy ensures operational consistency and protection against misuse or early cancellation after lead delivery or service initiation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following strictly defined circumstances:

a. Failure to Deliver Leads

If Prime Agent Referrals fails to provide any verified leads to the Realtor within 15 business days of plan activation, a partial or full refund may be considered.

b. Administrative or Technical Errors

Refunds may be issued in the event of accidental duplicate billing, system error, or unauthorized charge, once verified by our billing department.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Leads have already been delivered and verified.
  • The Realtor fails to contact or follow up with the provided lead(s).
  • The lead declines to buy or sell after communication (change of intent).
  • Dissatisfaction with lead quality where the leads are valid and contactable.
  • Cancellations or requests made after the 15-day period from the subscription activation date.
  • The Realtor’s account has been suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraud, or misuse of the system.
  • Change of mind .

4. Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests may be submitted manually by contacting our support team at support@primeagentsreferrals.com.

To process a refund request, the Realtor must include the following:

  • Full name and registered email address.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Supporting evidence (call recordings, screenshots, notes, etc.).

Refund claims will be reviewed and verified by the Quality Assurance & Billing Team within 10–15 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days following approval.

5. Refund Alternatives

At the Company’s discretion, the following alternatives may be offered instead of a monetary refund:

  • Lead replacement credit,
  • Subscription extension, or
  • Account credit for future use.

These options will be considered valid forms of compensation once accepted by the Realtor.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement regarding refund eligibility, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution through written communication prior to any formal dispute or chargeback.

Unapproved chargebacks will result in immediate termination of account access and forfeiture of any pending leads.

7. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
